As winter’s darkness reaches its peak, come warm your body and soul in this cozy candlelit workshop. This three-part session begins with trataka, a candle-gazing meditation, and then continues with a relaxing session of restorative yoga. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, restorative yoga nourishes the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body find deep rest. We’ll close the workshop with the practice of yoga nidra, the “yogic sleep,” a powerful experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and restored. In the middle of the workshop we’ll take a fika break for some seasonal treats. Give yourself the ultimate julklapp: three hours of cozy relaxation and renewal before the bustle of the holidays! This workshop is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience. Please note that the workshop will be held in English and is limited to 10 participants.
