Up side down - inversion workshop
Between the energy of summer and the rest of winter, autumn is the time to focus.
In this workshop we will enjoy the combination of a playful and grounding yoga practice, all at once.
Two hours to experience our selves in a challenging practice, to explore different inversions and arm balances while learning how to prepare ourselves through warm up sequences and tips on how to enter, maintain and exit inversions safely.
Bring a notebook, a camera or phone if you like to document your improvement and above all a big smile!!
