Head massage

During the fetal development process, the first area taking shape is our head, center of the nervous system. From our brain, twelve pairs of cranial nerves emerge to spread along the spine and rely information between our brain and the different parts of our body. In the Ayurvedic tradition, our head is one of the central doors for the prana; the center of conciousness, Samadi.
When performing a head massage, we directly act over the nervous system, releasing the tension present in the brain.

A cranial-facial release treatment works as an holistic therapy that allows to feel the totality of the body during and after its performance. It can soothe pain and help release emotional and physical stress and tensions that we have been long storedin our bodies. ​The treatment originates from the ayurvedic tradition of Indian massage and combines a gentle massage in the facial, head,neck and shoulder areas. ​It takes place laying down on the back on a soft mat. This way it can be performed in cases such as pregnancy or some front body discomforts. Can be perform with or without oils.
It is beneficial and recommended to anyone who is experiencing stress, tiredness, emotional difficulties, chronic pain, mental health conditions or cognitive disorders, migraines, sleep problems and ultimately for anyone would like to relax and relieve some head tensions.

Relaxing massage

Massage treatments are a wonderful option tosoothe pain and helprelease emotional and physical stress and tensions that we storage in our bodies.
​ It takes place layingon a soft mat or massage bench. It can also be performed sitting or laying on the side in cases of pregnancy or some front body discomforts. The treatment combines traditional european and thai massage teqniques depending on your needs and wishes. A relaxing massage is indicated to release tensions and rest. Therefore, itcanbe directed to relax the entire body or centered to a particular area of your body that needs some extra attention such as legs,back, feet or hands.

Yoga Nidra private sesión

Yoga Nidra isone of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. As if a guided meditationon savasana, this is a reflective practice with a focus on deeply relaxingand healing the body and mind. The session takes place laying on a soft mat on the ground. ​Yoga Nidra can be used therapeutically for healing body and emotional trauma as well as to enhance creativity and productivity and to improve sleep and general health. From the first session is common to experience a deep relaxation and stress relief. Some people may also experience improvement or healing from the first session but it is recomended to practice this sessions regularly for long term healing benefits.
